What annual filings does a Thai company have?

Short answer

At minimum, audited financial statements filed with the Department of Business Development, the annual corporate income tax return with the Revenue Department, and the shareholder list following the annual general meeting.

Payroll-related filings, withholding tax returns, VAT returns where registered, and Social Security Office submissions run monthly and are where most penalties actually arise.

Dormant companies still file. A company with no activity that skips filings accumulates penalties and can end up struck off.
