Does my Thai company need an auditor?
Short answer
Thai limited companies are required to have their annual financial statements audited by a licensed auditor before filing, regardless of size or activity level.
Dormant companies are not exempt. A company with no transactions still prepares statements, has them audited and files them.
The auditor must be independent of the bookkeeper. Where IVC handles bookkeeping, the audit is performed by a separate licensed auditor.
